Is it yummy?

Is it Healthy?  

Is it Local?

Is it organic?

Is it GMO free?  


I try to say yes to at least three of these questions in any one recipe.  I really shoot for all of them.  Some of these recipes have been adapted, and where necessary I will cite the source recipe and its author.  I’ll be working these, along with my own original recipes into my very own Lifestyle and Cookbook!
